**The Role**: Contracts Manager

**Location**: Coventry

**Salary/Package**:Starting salary £40k plus team bonus, Pension, Paid lunches, and Uniform, Employee discounts, 22 days hols plus Bank Hols

**The Client**:A fabulous family business employing close to 200 staff with a proven track record of growth and expansion with real values of employee engagement, recognition, and reward

**Purpose**: To maximise the regional project sales development through pipeline management and building stable business relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and develop business relationships whilst upholding brand reputation.
- Working with Lead Generation, BDMs and Customer Service to optimise regional commercial opportunities
- Be accountable for the live project quotes in their region, and responsible to maximise the conversation of these opportunities into won projects, through collaboration & follow through with architects, contractors, distributors/merchants and often theclient themselves.
- Continually develop industry knowledge, regulations needed and know-how
- Support on technical enquiries
- Joint accountability with BDM for regional targets
- Meet and exceed KPIs and KPRs.
- Previous sales experience of working within the construction industry and with specification is preferred
- Experience with a technical product is preferred
- Successful track record of account management
- Experience working within a growing Manufacturing SME
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Proven ability of meeting and exceeding internal and external stakeholder requirements
- Technical interest & capability
- A general practical knowledge would be greatly beneficial
