**About the role**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced IT development professional to join our Admissions teams. As Business Systems Officer, you would be responsible for maintaining and improving our university-wide admissions processes and systems, ensuring good communications and effective service to prospective students. You will act as a source of expert guidance and support on all aspects of the admissions systems, and proactively identify, initiate and implement system changes that support and improve business processes.

**About you**: Educated to degree level or with equivalent qualifications or experience, you should be able to demonstrate keen knowledge of process and IT development. This should include strong IT skills and the ability to work with specialised database programmes. Demonstrable communication skills, and the ability to analyse information to produce recommendations is key. Previous experience within a higher education setting, particularly with student record or CRM systems is desirable.
