Bathroom Sales/designer

**Westdown Bathrooms **is a small family run business, established in 1981. We specialise in providing high-quality bathroom, kitchen & bedroom products which we can supply only or we can deliver a service from 'concept to completion' using our fully comprehensive fitting team. In Plough Lane, Hereford we have a large showroom with over 50 displays showing an array of products of bathrooms, kitchens, tiles and bedrooms.

We are looking for someone to join our team in the showroom. If you are the kind of person who has a can do attitude, an eye for detail, a creative approach to selling and a team player, we would love to hear from you. Previous bathroom/kitchen/bedroom sales and designer experience is desirable but not essential.

Ideally you will be:

- Able to communicate well with colleagues and customers
- Passionate for design and a creative flair
- Experience in face to face sales
- Background in retail sales
- Flexible to cover our opening hours and some Saturdays
- Someone who likes to help others
- Reliable and professional
- Strong organisation skills
- Willing to develop a great knowledge of our products and sale process
- Motivated team player

Key skills and responsibilities of the job:

- Personally greeting customers on entry to the showroom
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customer queries and taking messages
- Handling payments from customers, either cheque or debit/credit card
- Recommending suitable products to suit the customer (dimensions/budgets)
- Provide customers with detailed, accurate quotes and going through these with the customer in the showroom
- IT skills, especially Microsoft and Outlook
- Potential to use our CAD design software to draw and plan our customers bathrooms (training will be provided)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
