There’s a permanent opportunity for you here as a Site Supervisor looking after boiler/CHP systems on two of our critical sites in the North London and East London area.

**The Role**
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment
- Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated
- Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
- Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
- Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone
- Maintaining site based records and log books
- Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment
- Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements
- Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures

**Hours of Work**
- Monday - Friday (08:00-18:00 with 1 hour lunch and overtime after 17:00 but all negotiable)
- On call - potentially looking at 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off but this is up for discussion

**Career Progression Route**

**Qualifications and Experience Required**
- Strong mechanical/electrical backround looking after boiler/CHP system, willing to carry out Low Voltage AP course
- Alternatively strong electrical knowledge with good working knowledge of heating systems
- Good H+S knowledge, IOSH or similar required or willing to carry out
- City & Guilds Mechanical Level 3 or equivalent
- Commercial gas tickets will be highly desirable
