Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager

**I am working with a newly established homecare company who are seeking a committed and ambitious individual to become Deputy Manager of their service based in the North Solihull area of Birmingham, West Midlands.**
**The Director has an extensive care background and is looking to grow a very high-quality homecare service which you will have the chance to be a massive part of. You will receive exceptional support and development in the role with the opportunity toprogress into a Registered Manager within 6 months**
**Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager**:
- Assisting in managing the day to day running of the branch - focus on managing the team of care professionals and efficient operation of the service
- Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
- Ensure the service remains compliant with the CQC
- Support and manage office staff.
**Deputy Manager Requirements**:
- Previous homecare experience is essential,
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Knowledge of Birmingham area
- Ambitious and driven personality
