**ICT Technician - Independent (Education ) Sector - Surrey - £30-35K + ex bens**

Our client, a leading Independent Schools Group are looking for an experienced 1st / 2nd line ICT Support Technician to provide day-to-day support for the staff and students on a private school site in Surrey

As the ICT Support Technician, you will lead and manage all day-to-day IT support, as agreed by the IT Network Manager

You will also be required to liaise with the School staff and ICT Service Desk to identify, prioritise and resolve all ICT support and service requests.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience supporting IT within a school or college.

Technical skills include:

- Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Windows 7 / 8 / 10
- MS Office 7 / 10 / 13 / 365 / suites
- LAN / WAN / VLAN / Wireless / DNS / DHCP
- VM Ware ESXi support
- Experience with SIMS.net and SOLUS3 Support OR other MIS systems
- Mobile device support including Apple, Windows and Android tablets
- AV and interactive boards and screens
- Shared printing solutions
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
