**About the role and our team**

Would you like to join a team of Housekeepers that contribute to making a difference to the lives of residents here at Southlands?

You’ll be joining our supportive team where we care for older people with support needs, aiming to maintain their independence and a high quality of life

Day to day your work will include:

- Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained in accordance with infection Control Guidance in communal areas and people’s bedrooms
- Assisting at meal times with serving meals and feeding residents
- Clearing tables, as well as loading and unloading of dishwashers
- Washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment
- Assisting with laundry duties

**Additional information**

Please note an enhanced with barring police check is required for this post which the Department will cover the cost of for you. Please note if you have lived for more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 5 years, you will be required to obtain a Letter of Good Standing from the appropriate authorities in the relevant locations, please read the guidance about how to obtain this letter.

A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
