To be responsible for the overall management of the Glynmill Gypsy Roma Traveller site, being the main point of contact between the Council and the GRT Community.

Ensure that the site is managed effectively and operates efficiently to meet the needs of the residents and GRT community.

Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the Gypsy Roma Gypsy Community; ensuring that an inclusive and appropriate community development programme is created and delivered; working with a wide range of partner agencies and organisations to support in the development of targeted services delivered on and off the site that meet residents and community needs.
