Health and Care at Home are in search of dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our team as a Community Healthcare Assistant.
Applicants must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Full time and part time positions available
Paid travel time (£12 p/h), paid mileage (0.45p p/mile), paid care hours (£12 p/h), 5.6 weeks paid annual leave per year pro rata, double time Christmas day
Salary paid, guaranteed hours
Contracts available 10-37.55 hours per week
Overtime available on request
**Mileage and expenses paid fortnightly
**Responsibilities**:
- A positive, compassionate, solution focused approach to the delivery of a personalised care and support plan.
- A flexible approach to your hours of work.
- An ability to communicate with the people who use our services in a friendly, professional, and effective manner.
- An ability to communicate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- The ability to remain calm and respond appropriately when faced with a crisis
- To monitor and continually review the health, well being and progress of the people who you care for and support, ensuring that any concerns, changes in the persons condition or environment are recorded and reported to your line manager at the earliest possible opportunity.
