**Salary**:up to £45,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Curate and manage an extensive wine list, showcasing a diverse selection of fine wines to complement the club's luxurious dining experience.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to members, enhancing their dining experience with personalized wine pairings tailored to their preferences.
- Maintain meticulous wine inventory and cellar management, ensuring the preservation and quality of all wines.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop wine pairing menus and special events that showcase the club's commitment to excellence in food and wine.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, continually expanding wine knowledge and expertise.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 year's experience as a Sommelier in a high-end establishment, with a proven track record of excellence in wine service.
- Extensive knowledge of wines from around the world, with a focus on luxury and fine wines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate members on wine selections.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage wine inventory and cellar operations efficiently.
- WSET certification or equivalent qualifications preferred.
