**Role Overview**

As a Weekend Care Professional, your role is crucial in improving the well-being and independence of older adults through personalised care. This part-time position is uniquely suited for those seeking varied hours, offering you the chance to have a meaningful career in supporting people to live happily at home, while also fitting work around your personal commitments and lifestyle.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Engage in companionship, improving the lives of your clients through conversation and shared activities.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as preparing meals, maintaining a clean and safe living environment, and running errands.
- Provide personal care such as assisting with daily routines with utmost respect and dignity.
- Support and encourage physical activity and exercises tailored to the abilities of each client.
- Offer timely reminders and assistance with medications, prioritising safety and well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social gatherings, providing transportation as needed.
