Business success and expansion in recent years has seen Future grow to be one of the largest suppliers of specialist recycling, industrial services and liquid waste collection and treatment services in the country. In 2023 we expanded further by joining the Augean Group. Together the group now employs over 600 staff in 21 depots throughout the UK.

**The Role**

We are looking to recruit additional permanent operatives for the Yorkshire region based at our Hull site reporting to the Industrial Services Operations Manager. The role involves working as part of a team carrying out various industrial cleaning tasks including high pressure water jetting, working with Vacuumation vehicles, confined space working, tank cleaning, site clearance and spill response. This is a physical role involving manual handling and working outdoors as well as in confined spaces.

The role is full time, 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday with regular overtime opportunities. Our Industrial Services Operatives are all specially trained to work in confined spaces and in operating high-pressure water jetting equipment to nationally accredited standards.

**About You**

Due to the hazards of working in such environments we have a strict safety policy and you must be the sort of person who will contribute to our safety culture. You will be working on customer sites and you need to be a good ambassador for the company ensuring the customer experience is a positive one. A driving licence would also be preferable.
