I am working with an IT business who are changing the facilities management industry through the use of Internet of Things technology. This will be a wide ranging and interesting coordinator role in a business with ambitious growth plans.
**About the role**
**Business Support**- The management of sales, operational and admin processes and provide support to the wider SWP team.
**Management** - Assisting the team with bidding opportunities, building and scoping out solutions in support of the development team. Co-ordinating the achievement and management of ISO systems. Ensuring GDPR compliance and managing the helpdeskfunction.
**Policy, Planning and Service Development**
- Actively networking and build relationships with external stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development of systems to improve the efficiency of the business.
- Contributing to the development of sales submission templates and style guides.
**Training and Personal Development**
Participate in relevant staff development activities and staff appraisal scheme.
**Financial Control
- **
Producing and maintaining a scheduling of all service orders and proposals
**Customer Services**
Maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Regularly liaising with service colleagues to ensure that regular information, reports and data are provided.
- Providing a professional service to internal and external stakeholders.
**Contacts and Relationships**
Engaging with colleagues, partners and delivery partners to secure appropriate input to the day-to-day functions of the business.
**About you**
- Educated to degree level
- Experience preparing bid documents
- MS Office Skills
- Clear communicator
- Knowledge of ISO compliance (desirable)
