We're recruiting for FLT Drivers for our busy manufacturing site. You'll play a huge part in ensuring tasks are accurately and efficiently undertaken to ensure products reach our stores and customers on time.

Reporting into a Team Manager you will:

- Use trained skills to complete assigned tasks
- Work flexibly, operating an FLT in a warehouse to deliver a variety of tasks such as unloading pallets, locating and transporting them, storing them in racking and replenishing stock
- Work accurately and efficiently using a system-led pick (HHT) or picking sheets
- Assess equipment before and after use to ensure they are safe for use
- Pick stock from or load onto pallets or cages in line with stacking guidance so loads are secure and stable for transit
- Wrap pallets securely and load safely to reduce damage in transit
- Handle stock carefully and follow company date code checking policies to avoid damage, minimise waste
- Work in compliance with all relevant food and Health and Safety policies
- Work in a flexible and friendly way with all colleagues and support all areas of the business when required

About You

As well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment you will:

- Comply with all relevant business and site policies such as Health and Safety and Food Safety standards
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and teamwork with the ability to work under pressure
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment producing quality and safe products for customers
- Have strong and effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Be open to working in a production environment with varying temperatures
