**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Exceptional Service:

- Provide an outstanding dining experience by delivering prompt, friendly, and attentive service to our guests.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring their satisfaction.

2. Team Collaboration:

- Work together as part of the team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
- Lead and training new team members and maintaining a positive, cohesive work environment.

3. Creativity and Ambition:

- Embrace our commitment to creativity by contributing innovative ideas for menu enhancements, seasonal specials, and presentation.

**Person Specification**:
Essential:

- Previous Food & Beverage experience in a similar operation
- Outgoing and confident personality
- A flexible and willing attitude
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable:

- Experience of working in a 5* Hotel or a high-end restaurant
- Previous supervisory experience
- Demonstrable leadership and organisational skills
- Train the Trainer Certificate
- WSET or bartending courses
- Level 1 Food Hygiene
- Allergen Training
- Service Training
