**Title**: Digital, Social & Performance Marketing Specialist

**Hours**:You should expect to be available to work Monday to Sunday, a minimum of two weekends of the month, working an average of 40 hours a week, over 5 days per week. You should be flexible to workdays, evenings, weekends and national holidays to work in all venues as per business needs with fair warning.

**Job Summary**

As the Digital, Social & Performance Marketing Specialist for Annandale Distillery Group of brands you are a digital all-rounder, responsible for driving traffic, brand awareness and engagement with all digital, social and performance communications channels, to drive brand awareness, consideration, leads and revenue.

This is a varied role, from social media post creation to digital campaign execution and website optimization. You will maintain a range of digital, performance & social media communications channels across Annandale Distillery Group Sites.

You will develop and execute digital & performance campaigns on which to highlight the groups businesses, using an experimental test-and-learn approach. You will be tech-savvy and knowledgeable in all systems for our venues - managing the updating of information with the back office programs, and helping our affiliated businesses with social media support.

A data-driven fast-learner, you will work to a number of strategic objectives and create a monthly plan for sign-off by the Group Marketing & PR Manager. With their support, you will establish and project an appropriate and consistent tone of voice and aesthetic for each brand at all times.

As part of the wider marketing team, you may be called upon to support on
- and off-site events that promote all brands nationally and internationally. You will be expected to report at and attend meetings as required to contribute your expertise.

**Main Duties**:

- Responsible for the digital communication activity for all businesses and brands including our websites, social media sites and partner sites.
- Work with the Group Marketing & PR Manager to agree appropriate and consistent aesthetic, messaging and tone of voice at all times, supporting the evolution of our brand narrative.
- Write, schedule, and publish on-brand, authentic posts across all of our digital communication accounts in line with our business, brand and content strategies - within a business brand framework.
- Create bespoke and engaging content for all digital communication channels - including social platforms, mail lists and private groups.
- Develop eCRM strategy including lead nurturing, segmentations and scoring.
- Oversees and executes paid media plans with regards to targeting, spend, bidding, messaging and UX design
- Drive lead generation campaigns and significantly increase social likes and followers through inventive marketing with the help of the Group Marketing & PR Manager.
- Daily and weekly optimization and reporting of KPIs against digital performance goals. Monitor, evaluate, and report on social media activity across the business, including ROI.
- Work with the wider marketing team to generate compelling campaigns which increase engagement and brand consideration.
- Be proactive in understanding and adhering to current legislation in the countries where we communicate (e.g. data protection, age-restriction, offensive material)
- Develop, create and maintain a digital asset library for use in all digital and print communication.
- Seek opportunities where Annandale Distillery products can be marketed and sold - socially.
- Work with the marketing management team to deliver a calendar of activity across brand channels and specific audiences.
- Understand our target audiences and customer journeys and use customer data and market trends/research to inform the digital communication strategy we use.
- Work with the wider marketing team to generate compelling campaigns which increase engagement and brand consideration.
- Stay on top of latest digital trends that we can use to enhance performance and engagement

**Useful Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience**:

- University/graduate level education
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Demonstratable digital performance or ecommerce experience would be helpful - implementation of performance marketing strategies that have resulted in B2C commercial growth
- Ecommerce/shopping and display campaign experience
- Experience in CRO/conversion tracking, A/B testing and using data and tools to understand the customer journey
- Use of relevant tools particularly for social media management, marketing automation, paid advertising, paid search eg Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising, analytics & optimization.
- Plan, run and report on social media paid advertising campaigns for campaigns periods
- Use of ChatGPT and other AI tools in digital marketing
