Corporate Access Associate

Principal Responsibilities
- Support Corporate Access team to deliver a higher level of client service to PMs and Analysts with a sense of prioritization and urgency; strong focus on internal sales & target marketing
- Implement internal and external communication channels and processes to streamline the flow of broker advertised and Millennium originated Corporate Access events
- Update and maintain internal proprietary Corporate Access portal to manage forward looking event marketing and requests
- Establish and follow an efficient and reliable process to facilitate high volume of company meeting requests from PMs and Analysts
- Proactively strategize attendance around NDRs and Conferences
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for strategy sessions with Millennium’s Corporate Access heads
- Prepare reports around company marketing calendars/earnings/quiet periods to help strategize Millennium originated Corporate Access

Qualifications/Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record
- Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with and influence clients at all levels
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point and the ability to manipulate data
- Detail oriented teammate who is able to prioritize in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to ensure efficient execution
- High degree of operational efficiency, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail
- Good team player with strong willingness to participate and help others
