Reporting to our Head Barman you will form an integral part of the Bar team.

**Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to**:

- Providing ALL customers with warm friendly and efficient service.
- Processing drink, food orders and payments using our Point of Sale system
- Preparing bar drinks, barista coffees, cocktails
- Serving food and drinks to tables
- Clearing tables of used items in the Bar, Lounges and Terrace and cleaning tables for next customers.
- Ensuring all drinks and service items are stocked at all times.
- Supporting other hotel departments when requested
- The adherence to all Health & Safety and Fire departmental procedures.
