**WHAT TO EXPECT**

In this role you will be leading toolroom within our West Midlands Stamping Operations, where you will be responsible for a team of 46 associates: including Toolmakers, Machinists, Welders, Apprentices and Group Leads.

Your passion for stamping will prove vital as you lead the team to provide Tool & Die support to the press shop to maximise production efficiencies, die maintenance, die improvement, die modifications for engineering change and all associated equipment in the toolroom.

**Key accountabilities and Responsibilities**

As a Toolroom Supervisor you'll provide day to day supervision to the toolroom to ensure a safe and efficient performance is delivered within Safety, Quality, Cost, People & the Environment framework.

It is important you are able to support and maintain the balance of each shifts headcount and ensure it is within operational constraints to achieve operational targets.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

To excel as the Toolroom Supervisor, you will possess the following skills and experience:
Essential:

- Experience leading people.
- A thorough understanding of press tool design, methods and technologies.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
