**The essential admin duties includes;**
- Meeting and greeting all customers/patients visiting Stratum Dermatology Clinic Wimbledon and Raynes Park
- Support the clinic admin team by preparing clinics, managing clinician diaries, handling clinical notes and liaising with couriers.
- Carrying out opening clinic checks, such as clinic stock checks, preparing rooms for the day, fridge temperature checks etc
- Carrying out closing clinic checks, such as collecting samples ready for laboratory courier collection, closing up of the clinic and running payment reports.
- Processes for ordering all reception supplies
- Attending to incoming post and ensuring all are scanned and uploaded for clinicians/relevant staff to review.
- Ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to, including all visitors signing in, all fire safety processes are followed, and first aid kits are kept fully stocked and within expiry dates.
- Be the first point of contact for any facilities issues (e.g. toilets, electrical problems, environmental management etc).
- Supporting the Clinic Admin Manager on CQC compliance and adhoc admin work.

**Essential skills**
- Customer Service experience and being passionate about excellent service standards.
- A self-starter who has the ability to work independently and is able to fit in quickly as part of a team.
- An organised individual, that is able to review current processes and take ownership of their responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in what can be a pressurised environment.
- Experience of using Microsoft Packages.
