Admin & Events Assistant

**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic admin & events assistant to join our team. The role involves assisting with administrative tasks and helping organise picnic events and ensuring the smooth operation and accurate documentation of all bookings.
Must have an eye for detail and enjoy making things look pretty (for the picnic events)
**Duties**:
- Assisting with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Ensuring event documents are created accurately
- Coordinating teams for picnic events
- Setting up picnic events in London's parks
- Delivering equipment to picnic events
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as quoting & invoicing
- Assisting in the smooth running of the CEO's day to day activities and supporting her with administrative and logístical tasks where necessary
**Skills**:
- Full Uk, clean driving licence
- Excel & spreadsheeting proficiency
- Upselling skills to promote additional services or products
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Hospitality background to provide excellent guest services
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient time management to prioritise tasks effectively
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
