The role will be office based from our Brampton, Cumbria offices.

The role involves the following; this is an outline of the role and is by no means an exhaustive list:

- Contributing to existing client relationships and demonstrating excellent client care
- Support the Senior Consultant in ensuring Health & Safety and Environmental processes and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis and supporting consultants who are site-based
- Liaise with clients on health and safety matters and follow up on on-site audits produced by consultants
- Supporting clients with the implementation of Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Support the preparation of client data as required for company Leadership Team
- Support internal audits to ensure legal compliance
- To support the completion of risk assessments, Safe Systems of Work, Policies and Procedures on behalf of clients
- Liaise with external stakeholders on key matters
- Development of health and safety documentation, including policy arrangements, risk assessments, COSHH assessments, method statements, safe systems of work etc
- Assisting clients with their compliance needs and the implementation of health and safety management systems
- Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation
- General administration & office-based duties
- Maintaining the image and the standards of the company

**Hours of Work**

20 - 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Set hours will be agreed upon commencement of employment.

**Holidays**

There will be 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. The Company will close over the Christmas period each year and employees are required to use annual leave days to cover this. The holidays are based on a calendar year and would be calculated on a pro rata basis from employment start date and hours worked.

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
