Concierge (Nights)

**Working hours**: 40 hours per week, on a rolling rota of 4 shifts on and 4 off

**Additional salary information**:Plus 10% Night allowance

The Orchard Lifehouse offers temporary housing and support for 42 men in which every individual will know that they are valued and respected.

The role of **Night Concierge **provides assistance with housing management, emergency contact during the night for service users and management of the health and safety of the building.

You should understand and work within the mission and values of The Salvation Army, acting in a professional and ethical way at all times when representing the organisation.
- Excellent customer service and people management skills with ability to provide efficient front of house service for service users.
- Knowledge of legislation relating to health & safety and safeguarding of service users
- Proficient in using a range of IT packages
- Confident in lone working
