To be suitable for this exciting opportunity you must be full of energy and enthusiasm, enjoy interacting with customer service, and all the other important operational tasks, such as processing orders, helping to maintain store standards, and replenishing stock in order to maximize the opportunity for sales.

**The role will cover the following**:

- The smooth running of the online store.
- Process orders.. Picking and Packing.
- Respond to customers
- Communicate with head office
- Handling deliveries. Checking them off/booking them in, accurately.
- You will need excellent inter-personal skills and enthusiasm for providing the best service and advice to our loyal customers.
- You will work closely with the shop Manager assisting day to day work.
- We expect First class service and advice to our customers, you must always be well presented and have punctual timekeeping.
- Keeping the store tidy and safe at all times.
- Some heavy lifting involved.
- Must have some skills in maths and IT and General knowledge of the DIY industry, essential.
Training is given to all our staff.

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
