We are currently looking for a dedicated **Support Workers** to join our Lynx Day Centre team to support an autistic adult in their own home, and out in the community.

We currently have 2 roles, 1x 14hrs per week and 1x full time, this is including Bank Holidays. There will be holiday cover and overtime available also if wanted.

**Transporting and supporting individuals in the community is a core element of the role and, therefore, possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is essential**

You will be supporting an autistic adult in their everyday life, including running errands and supporting and encouraging cooking. If you like cooking, this would also be a plus

Ideally, you will have a background in supporting autistic people if not, we have a fantastic training programme that will get you on your way to achieving a fulfilling job that will beat

**The role includes**:

- Supporting adults to achieve their goals
- To guide, prompt, support individuals to undertake activities and learn new skills
- Be fully available throughout the night to attend to the individual needs of person(s) we support enabling them to have a restful night
- To be part of a team around key individuals

**This service operates** a seven-day rota, and may include some weekends and bank holidays. Your hours will be set, but their may be holiday cover occasionally needed on occasion.
