Retail Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Store located in North Shields. This is a permanent and part time role with working hours of 20 - 24 hours per week. Working days will be between Monday and Sunday (inclusive).

On successful completion of our 12-week training programme you will have developed a good understanding of our policies and procedures and be able to deliver on the high standards we expect - this is a great foundation to build on and may lead to further progression opportunities within the business.

Experience in a Food Retail environment is essential with experience working in food preparation roles desirable for the business. Applications will also be considered from those with cleaning and care experience too.

**Benefits**
- 28 days inclusive of bank holidays, pro-rata for part-time workers.
- After 3 months, you will automatically join the company pension scheme where the business contributes 5% and employees contribute 3% minimum.
