**We are seeking a pro-active and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to our SEND Department and contribute to building on our success as a department by supporting young people with SEND to reach their potential.**

Working under the direction of the SENDCo, your duties will include the organisation and maintenance of student files, arranging and minuting meetings with parents and external agencies, preparing documentation for EHCPs and uploading information and diary management of SENDCo. This is a varied and busy role and will require the postholder to have sound organisation skills and be a confident communicator as liaison will include Senior Leaders, parents, students and external agencies.
- Possess confident ICT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and data input
- Have a positive, 'can do' and flexible attitude and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team; and
- Be able to effectively maintain accurate records and systems, respecting principles of confidentiality

The ideal working pattern for this post is: 8am-4pm Mon-Thu and 8am-3.30pm Fri, however, there may be some flexibility on these hours)
