Global Accounting Network are partnered exclusively with a successful and growing business based near to Romford in Essex to recruit for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join them on a temporary basis, initially for a minimum of 3 months induration.Working as part of a purchase ledger team of 4, this is a great opportunity to work amongst a supportive and welcoming team, taking ownership of invoice processing.
Duties in this purchase ledger role will include receipt and upload of invoices, generating PO's, posting invoices, reviewing supplier information, supporting with weekly and fortnightly payment runs, dealing with invoice queries and providing general supportto the purchase ledger and wider finance team.
In return, this is a great business with fantastic people with a supportive and welcoming office environment on offer.Whilst this is initially a 3 month temporary role, there is every possibility that this could go on for longer or become a permanent role.Working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5, however some flexibility will be available if necessary.A competitive day rate is on offer and an immediate start is available.
