Sales and Customer Service Assistant

Then we have the role for you in Edinburgh Our client is now hiring for a Sales and Customer Service Assistant to work their residential and event campaigns
**Duties**:
- Work at booked and preplanned events in the area to promote various philanthropic organizations our client has contracts with.
- Work in residential communities in the area to promote various philanthropic organizations our client has contracts with.
- Maintain good relations with fellow coworkers to ensure a inclusive and welcoming company culture.
- Promote philanthropic organizations and accept donations on their behalf.
- Service customers and answer any questions they may have regarding new efforts on charity initiatives.
- Generate funds on behalf of the clients.

**Requirements**:
- Able to talk to different kinds of people and explain the charity's goals clearly.
- Can convey the importance of donations customers
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Can motivate themselves to reach goals without someone telling them what to do.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £8.60-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
