Records Associate

Job title: Record Associate

**Salary**: £26,000

Location: London,

Contract: Full time, Permanent.

Shifts: 37.5 hours Mon to Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm with one hours unpaid break

Work Model: Office based

Williams Lea seeks a Records Associate to join our team

Key Responsibilities- To ensure all records are processed in an accurate and timely manner- Take ownership of each task and ensure end users are informed about progress of their request at all times- Quality check all information entered in- Use knowledge of File track and other systems to ensure work is produced in the fastest, highest quality manner- Ensure all work requests are recorded appropriately and completed in full- Resolve ambiguities on work requests with end users- Run reports for users and helping with the search inventory on Filetrack-
- Ensure information regarding users requests are communicated clearly to the Senior Operator as necessary

Personal Specification- A high standard of personal presentation - smart business attire required- Strong customer service skills- A willing and enthusiastic attitude- Physically ability - the role involves standing for long periods of time as well as moving heavy files- The ability to work well under pressure- PC literate- Maintain a professional appearance and business-like manner at all times in order to instill confidence in the services provided- Able to handle difficult situations well and to act appropriately- Focuses on clients first and strive at all times to exceed their expectations- Able to take responsibility to ensure that an outstanding service is delivered at all times and to smooth out potential issues- Displays active listening skills and sound judgement
