**Junior ICT Consultant**

**Bromley, London**

**£20,000 - £25,000**

**Turn IT on are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who has a real flair for technology mixed with a passion of providing exemplary service to our customers.**

The role will be supporting a secondary school in Bromley working alongside the IT Manager to assist in the day-to-day support of the schools’ IT systems and devices, along with both maintaining the network and implementing new technology into the school.

You will facilitate communication between your schools and turn IT on, keep up to date with what services turn IT on can offer, and manage the accounts of your customers.

You will be passionate about IT with a strong technical background, be self-motivated and enjoy providing excellent customer service. This role requires you to be a team player, have strong communication and organisation skills along with a courteous manner with the ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms to our customers. You should be able to work independently and have an aptitude for problem solving and a proactive approach to identifying ways to improve services provided by your team.

**Responsibilities**:

- To work effectively as part of a team
- Respond to requests for ICT support in accordance with Help Desk procedures and priorities.
- Assist in a wide range of technical duties associated with the computer network and desktop services, primarily in connection with existing installations and upgrading of these installations. (Desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, pa equipment, AV lecterns and hardware)
- To provide effective communication to school staff and work colleagues
- To identify and pass on sales opportunities
