An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Receptionist to join The Manor House Hotel Spa

As Spa Receptionist, you will ensure our customers feel welcome and at ease the moment they come through the door. Whether they are spa guests, residents or gym members it's your warm and friendly greeting that sets the scene for our customer's experience.

You'll take treatment bookings and payments, answer membership and treatment enquiries and work closely with the therapy team to ensure a busy day runs like clockwork. You'll also support the spa manager to maximize revenue through proactive product sales and careful treatment diary management to ensure columns are full.

Other elements of the role include pool testing, laundry runs and general housekeeping of the spa.

**Requirements**:
The spa is open 8am-9pm daily.
