**Role**:Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver

**Shift**: Early (6am - 2pm), or Nights (10pm - 6am) - all shifts run Monday to Friday

**Salary**:£25773.17- £ 29,652.37 (shift dependent)

**The role**

You will need to hold an FLT Licence allowing you to work at least 2 of the following: Reach, VNA or Counterbalance trucks.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be:

- Loading, picking, packing and dispatching our products
- Driving a 50/50 mix of both Reach and VNA with some counterbalance and VNA work
- Physical picking
- There will be occasional work in the freezer or chiller area - you’ll need to be comfortable with temperatures as low as -18C
- Work to set deadlines to ensure we never miss a customer orders
- Maintaining hygiene standards - we are a food factory. Full training will be given to work to expected standards
- You will be expected to help your colleagues out when they need support, speak with managers and colleagues about how we can improve things and keep waste to a minimum
