Reed Education are recruiting for Exam Invigilators for the Spring & Summer terms to support GCSE and A Levels in a secondary school in Ealing.

We are building a team of reliable invigilators to support across a mix of sessions including mornings, afternoons or full day sessions.

**About the role**

As an Exam Invigilator, you will ensure that each exam is carried out in accordance to the rules set out by the examinations board and assist with the overall smooth running of timetabled exams.
- Carry out relevant checks prior to the start of exams
- Assist in setting up and packing up exam room
- Ensure students have enough paper and stationary
- Monitor students during exams
- Read or scribe for students who require it
- Distribute and collect examination papers
- Assist students who need to leave the exam room for any reason

**What you will need**:

- Must be flexible as exam timings can change throughout the day, reliable, an excellent communicator and remain professional at all times.
- Must be punctual, organised and have a positive attitude.
