Northern Neon Lights Ltd is a Blackpool based company specialising in a wide range of products, including the design manufacture and installation of signage and graphics both locally and nationwide. due to an increase in productivity we are looking to recruit a sign fitter and sign fitters mate to join our existing installation teams.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Production and installation of all signage, internally, externally fitted, illuminated, non illuminated, low level, high level with fixings to a variety of structures and surfaces using hand held power tools and appropriate fixings, including the use of powered access plant and scaffold.
- Maintain personal tools and equipment
- Maintain health and safety standards and report procedures both on and off site.
- Assist in other departments of the company to ensure production continues and timescales are met as and when required.
- Enjoys busy and fast paced working environment.
- The role will involve occasional weekend work and working away.
- Strong reliable team player with excellent problem solving skills
- Installation experience with internal and external signage.
- Full Driving License.
- PASMA, IPAF and CSCS are desired but not essential.
- Excellent practical skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail always.
- Excellent time management.
- Competent with paperwork and administration, also conducting site surveys.
- Be available to work overtime when necessary to ensure deadlines/timescales are met.
