Salary - £22,000 + £500 (minimum) quarterly performance related bonus

Our client is an FCA regulated form who has been providing finance solutions for over 25 years and have transacted over £100M of business to direct customers and through their network of brokers.

This is a fast-paced role in what can be a pressurised environment so requires good verbal and written communication, numeracy, and organisation skills. In addition, it requires a flair for sales and the ability to help achieve company sales targets through first class service.

Role Overview
Working within the existing Sales Support team of a growing asset finance company. The main functions are to process all new business proposals within agreed timescales, effectively communicate with both internal and external customers whilst keeping a high degree of
accuracy. Starting as a Junior Sales Support Administrator with the aim of becoming Full Sales Support Administrator with further on the job training and experience in the role.

Main

**Responsibilities**:
Junior Sales Support Administrator:

- Processing new business proposals received from suppliers, brokers, or direct customers.
- Obtaining the required information from the proposal source to support the lease proposal and when required request additional supporting information.
- Perform all relevant searches including Credit reference agencies, land registry and background checks.
- Prepare the proposal to be underwritten either by our internal Credit team or to be sent out to external Funders.
- Liaise with introducers to manage outstanding proposals and convert to live agreements.
- Deal with ad hoc sales requests for quotes and where possible maximise sales opportunities.
- Adhering to FCA, FOS and TCF regulations at all times
- Answer telephone calls.

Full Sales Support Administrator:

- Develop an understanding of the different Funders credit policy/rates.
- Complete and check all documentation to be sent to the customer and check them upon return.
- Process all documentation, invoices, delivery checks when ready for payout in a timely manner.
- Liaise with introducers to manage outstanding proposals and convert to live agreements.
- Deal with ad hoc sales requests for quotes and where possible maximise sales opportunities.
- Process incoming post.

Key Skills and Behaviours
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work on own initiative.
- Work well within a small team whilst working independently.
- Have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have excellent telephone manner.
- Be able to build positive professional working relationships with our introducers, suppliers, and service providers.
- Good numeracy skills and be confident working with numbers.
- Be hard working, proactive and enthusiastic.
- Good time management skills and able to prioritise workloads

to ensure targets are met.
- High attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Identify opportunities.
- Be willing to take on additional and varied tasks to support the business requirements.

Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge of the leasing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of FCA, FOS and TCF
- Performing credit searches preferred.
- Working in a sales support environment would be advantageous.
- IT literate.
- Good background education
