**Part-Time HR Advisor - NHS**

Venn Group are working with a large NHS Trust looking to recruit a Part time HR Advisor to start as soon as possible in this permanent position.

**Location: Hybrid (2/3 days onsite in Crawley)**

**Banding: Band 6**

**Salary: £33,706 - £40,588 Pro rata**

**Part time rate: £29,115 - £32,771**

**Hours: 22.5 hours per week**

**Duration: Permanent**

Looking for an HR Advisor with experience working within the NHS, or a unionised environment where the post holder will be used to complex structures within an NHS service

The post holder will:

Attend operational management meetings, providing specialist HR advice and input across all aspects of people performance and people management
Actively use workforce information and trend data to advise managers on actions to improve people leadership and management in their areas
Advise and support managers on investigations, including grievance, disciplinary, and bullying and harassment cases
Provide advice and support to managers on change management, including restructuring, designing, and developing new roles or changes to roles, and developing job descriptions
Provide feedback and input to the review and development of policies, procedures, and guidance

Essential Experience:

Experience working within the NHS or a unionised environment
Experience in a HR Advisory role previously
Experience in Employee relations, specifically aspects such as grievances, sickness meetings and formal misconduct meetings
