**Data Analytics Workstream Lead**
**Glasgow**

As a Barclays Data Analytics Workstream Lead, you will manage a team of Workflow Analysts aligned to a particular function of GFCO from Screening, Transaction Monitoring, FC Exits and/or PEP & High Risk Enhanced Due Diligence. Within this role, you will be responsible for covering many aspects of supply and demand planning, forward forecasting and modelling, Business Continuity Management, operations oversight, SLA management, resource planning and incident management.

**What will you be doing?**
- Delivering timely and accurate supply and demand planning, forward forecasting and modelling, Business Continuity Management, operations oversight, SLA management
- Managing the workload of the team, ensuring adequate cover to meet deliverables
- Escalating to Operations Managers and liaising/collaborating with 2nd Line of Defence (2LOD) and Business stakeholders as required
- Directing senior members of the operational management teams across the globe to ensure clear plans and strategies are in place on an intraday, daily and monthly basis
- Identifying relevant insights and execution of analytical reports that enable management to make sound decisions
- Providing high quality inputs and participating in key department and group wide forums including Operational Performance Reviews
- Acting as a conduit between senior operational stakeholders, technology and business incident management teams in the event of an incident
- Working collaboratively to help drive effective and efficient operations and forming partnerships with supporting functions to meet goals

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience of delivery in fast paced environment
- Ability to work and influence across a matrix organisation
- Ability to quickly and clearly interpret data and use it to aid decision making
- Ability to influence, negotiate, explain sophisticated solutions and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience in a Financial Crime environment
- Knowledge and understanding of planning management
- Familiarity with and understanding of business continuity practices and incident management
- Experience in a supervisory/people management role
