**ALL SEASONS LTD**. are an established business providing the removal and installation of loft insulation. Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused Loft Insulation Installer (inc driver) must be local to the Northampton area to join the All Seasons team.

START DATE AS EARLY AS: ASAP - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY FULL TRAINING GIVEN

**THE ROLE**:
**Full driving licence with at least 2 years experience**

Your primary role will be to attend both commercial and domestic properties around the UK to install (but not limited to) traditional loft insulation, loft lights & vents. You will need to purchase, through the company, and collect stock for scheduled jobs. Another large part of the work is open cell spray foam removal. All work must be completed to the highest standard whilst adhering to the technical, company and health & safety specification. Once removed you may also be required to install new traditional loft insulation to specific requirements.

You may also be required to install loft storage platforms. This will involve the installation of raised storage platforms using 'loft legs' at varying heights, along with specific dimensions.

On completion of all work carried out, paperwork must be completed and signed off.

As we are an expanding business, you must be prepared to adjust with the demands of the business. We are currently exploring further avenues in the Energy Saving Market. Work will be uploaded to an app on your smartphone; outlining customer details and description of work to be carried out.

Full training will be provided, along with PPE etc.

**TRAVEL**:
**Travelling is an integral part of this role. You may be required to work away from home for up to 4 days per week on occasion.**

As a guide, on average travelling will be up to 1.5 hours away. You will be paid for travelling, with all fuel paid for. Travel time can exceed this in rare cases and in particular larger jobs may require working away from home. All accommodation will be provided and paid for by All Seasons in this instance and a food budget allocated.

**Although we aim to have Fridays off this is dependant on work being completed.**

**PAY**

**Driver *Must have full driving licence* with at least 2 years experience.**

Good work ethic, punctuality, attendance, professionalism, completing work early will all help to wards increasing your bonus which can go up to providing an extra £5p/h effectively turning a £12.50 p/h job into £17 p/h

Yearly reviews are given. Based on performance and longevity of this role will determine any increase rate of pay.

**WORK VEHICLE**

You will have access to a work vehicle and be fully responsible for the cleanliness and daily walk around of the vehicle, reporting any faults immediately. You will collect the work vehicle from the daily pickup point and drop it off at the end of the day.

Fuel and insurance is paid for by All Seasons. In the event of a claim that is your fault, the driver will be fully liable to pay the excess to cover insurance.

**INTERVIEW & START DATE**

**Salary**: £12.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
