Our cafe and retail assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service, and upholding our brand values and reputation. They’ll provide our customers with expert product knowledge, advice and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Barista duties/serving food and drinks.
- Excellent knowledge of our products and the wider marketplace.
- Managing your workload efficiently.
- Talking comfortably with a range of customers with varying wants and needs.
- The ability to carry out all transactions at the most professional level.
- To work in conjunction with the Manager on providing the ultimate service.
- To make all customers feel welcome and solve issues in a professional, friendly manner.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Experience of working in a hospitality role (preferred)
- A knowledge of/interest in the cycling (preferred)
- Previous retail experience (preferred)
- Great Communication Skills/Organisation
- A desire to learn and grow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.50 per hour
