Showroom Administrator

Specialising in home improvements, **5 Star** have grown from strength to strength with most new work coming from satisfied customers recommending our services. Our head office and main showroom is based in Kidderminster, but also have a showroom in Worcester and Birmingham.

**As a customer facing role, we are looking for a reliable, friendly and motivated individual who will be our professional 'front of house', welcoming potential clients and providing them with exceptional customer service.**

**Some of the tasks and responsibilities for the role are**:

- Effectively manage our showroom, which will include opening and closing on your worked days.
- Greeting clients and hosting them with a professional, friendly and helpful manner. Answering questions they may have and providing them with brief details on products of interest.
- Taking client details to pass on to our Sales Designers or book appointments into our Sales Designers diaries where applicable.
- Interact efficiently with internal and external customers,

**Job Types**:Full-time, Permanent

**Schedule**:Saturdays (9am - 5pm) & Sunday (10am - 4pm), (we also open bank holidays).

**Salary**: £21,000 (PRO RATA)

**Experience**:Experience in a similar role is desirable, however full training will be provided.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
