Wedding Planner

PRINTAZ are delighted to announce we are recruiting for the position of Wedding, Sales Coordinator.

The Wedding Sales Coordinator will support and work closely with the marketing and print team to provide an excellent experience to clients.

Responsibilities Include:

- Pro-actively promote and sell the wedding printing and marketing packages via the phone, in person and in writing

Use of IT systems to support this. **Excellent product knowledge with the ability to confidently sell to new and existing clients.**

Utilise upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Meeting, greeting and liaison with clients.

Conducting meetings and show rounds.
- Prepare accurate BEOs’/function sheets, ensuring all customer requirements and expectations are clearly communicated to the operational teams for service delivery.
- Collection of pre-orders and ensuring payments are processed in a timely manner, in line with internal policies.

**Salary**: £17,577.79-£27,293.57 per year
