**Investment Administrator**

We are recruiting an **entry level Investment Administrator to join our team in Exeter.**

In this entry level role you will assist the Mercer Discretionary Management Operational Team with day-to-day investment administration and general office functions and provide operational assistance to the Discretionary Investment Managers.

We will rely on you to:

- Maintain and input client details on the Pershing Nexus and Tercero systems
- Liaise with third parties to arrange the successful transfer of client portfolios to and from their management
- Liaise with clients and introducing firms to ensure the smooth transfer and ongoing management of clients’ portfolios
- Respond promptly to client/third party queries
- General administration including Postal, Telephony and stationery duties

What you need to have:

- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good financial awareness and numerical skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proactive approach to work with the ability to liaise with external customers and internally with people at all levels
