Due to strong financial performance, our client is now looking for a dedicated, clinically focused Audiologist to join their growing team, working within a cluster of high-end Independent Opticians in the south of England and Wales.

This position has a commercial focus on working knee-to-knee with Business Owners/Directors alongside offering a full, comprehensive Audiology service for patients.

**Responsibilities**
- To deliver best in market Audiology services and highest standard of clinical care, in line with the company vision
- To work within an Independent Optometry setting offering integrated private hearing services to mirror optical provision
- To work with the branch team to develop, deliver and promote strategies within the practice to increase efficiency, profitability and performance
- To offer the best clinical and technical advice and care for patients on an individual basis
- Always adhere to company standards and vision, always

**About You**
- Qualified, HCPC Registered Audiologist
- Confident to lead hearing services within Optometry practices
- Flexible on travel - working out of various clinics within an hour and a half radius
- Remain commercially aware whilst dedicated to exemplary patient care
- 2 years’ experience in Clinical Audiology - preferable
