Location: Middlewich, Cheshire.

**Salary**: £25,000+ depending on experience. Additionally, a ‘Quarterly Bonus’ upon achieving objectives.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming goods and unpack them in a careful and efficient manner.
- Perform thorough checks on received goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organise and store goods in an orderly fashion, maintaining an efficient inventory system.
- Utilise production machinery, following provided training and safety protocols.
- Pick items for incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack customer orders, ensuring they meet the business standards for quality and presentation.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout all tasks.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
- Occasionally drive to deliver and pick up stock or drop off items.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall operational objectives.

**Requirements**:

- High attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, as required.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Basic computer literacy
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks such as lifting and moving packages.
- Full driving license required for occasional driving tasks.
