We are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking qualified Health & Safety professional to join our internal positive and proactive Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing team to support us with the provision of Health & Safety related advice, support, training and guidance to management and employees throughout the organisation.

You will need to able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including use of IT systems, along with being proactive and willing to work within a small supportive team, as well as on your own. Duties will include; assisting and supporting the Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager and Corporate Health & Safety Adviser in the co-ordination, provision and delivery of an effective high quality Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing service, to ensure compliance with relevant government legislation and best practice standards.

You will need to be a confident person, possessing excellent planning and organisational skills along with being able to demonstrate and deliver the practical aspects of the role, including Health & Safety related training and site visits.

The post will be based in Haverfordwest although there will be County wide travel and occasions when you will be expected to travel out of the area to attend meetings or CPD training.
