Our client is a national business based in Stoke on Trent. They are seeking a Part time Payroll and Credit Control Coordinator who can work within the finance team to process weekly payroll and undertake credit control duties.
**Job Description**:
Duties for the part-time Payroll & Credit Control Coordinator will include:

- Processing of the weekly payroll for weekly paid staff
- Processing of clock card and timesheet data
- BACS preparation
- Transfer using Sage Payroll
- Credit Control, including following up overdue accounts and associated queries.
- Posting of cash receipts onto our Accounts System.
- Preparation of performance KPIs.
- Providing administrative support for other areas of the Finance function, as appropriate
- Previous Payroll processing experience must have the end-to-end processing experience this is dealing with weekly payroll for 80+ employees, ideally using Sage Payroll.
- Ideally possesses or working towards the AAT Qualification
- Strong IT experience - ideally within Sage
- Strong attention to detail and sound numeracy skills
- Good team player - working within a small team
- Excellent communication skills
Hours: 22.5 hours per week

**Salary**: £12.15 - £14.00 per hour
