- To lead, motivate, manage, and assist a small team of Operations Technicians, that provide regional/area routine and non-routine maintenance on Powergen equipment and associated activities as directed by the Planning Team or Central Control Room. This includes, but is not limited to, all major engine overhauls, servicing, tuning, oil changes tuning and completion of work orders and defects on the Landfill gas, Anaerobic Digestion and Natural Gas utilisation equipment.
- Be responsible for completing routine and non-routine in-frame rebuilds and de-cokes of the Landfill gas, Anaerobic Digestion and Natural Gas utilisation equipment. Utilising the Operations Team correctly, to ensure the agreed build isn't compromised and that the repair/re-build is executed on time without disruption to other site activities
- To schedule and support the Operations Technicians, that are part of the 24/7 on call service to reset/re‐start/repair assets when they cannot be started remotely. Adopt a flexible approach to ensure the priorities for the Powergen portfolio are met in a constantly changing environment, to maximise uptime and resource efficiency.
- To ensure all maintenance is carried out to the highest standards, with accordance to best practice and executed on time without disruption to other site activities.
- To provide unplanned technical, hands-on and troubleshooting support to the Operations teams.
- To operate the assets and carry out assigned works within agreed cost, time, and quality parameters.
- To maintain accurate records and work in accordance with Company policies and procedures and ensuring that key equipment is operated within the limits of the site Environmental Permit.
- Liaise with the site management in delivering environmental and Health and Safety compliance. Responsible for site housekeeping, general maintenance and routine tasks and checks

**Jenbacher and Power Generation experience is critical**
