**What can I expect day to day?**

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you'll have the freedom to do things differently, working alongside a Recruiter to manage your own area of the technology market within our Basingstoke office who have asuccessful estbalished technology team already, theyare looking to expand on their success from the last year and add another KAM to the team with a focus on public sector clients. You will operate within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience empoweringyou to learn and grow. No day is the same here at Hays, and you will gain experience across a varied range of skills to include:

- Building new relationships with clients to identify business opportunities
- Conducting thorough market research to identify key areas to target
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in the public sector technology market

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant or sales person, ideally within the technology market
