As a Graphic Designer for our group of UK companies, you will play a crucial role in translating our brand vision into compelling visual content. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing your workload efficiently, demonstrating initiative, and contributing proactively to our marketing efforts.

**Main duties and responsibilities**

1. Design Creation: Utilise Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to develop high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

2. Social Media Content: Proactively research and understand the brands within our group, and generate creative content suitable for various social media platforms. This includes but is not limited to graphics, illustrations, animations, and other visual elements.

3. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and overall brand aesthetic across all marketing materials, both digital and print.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to brainstorm ideas, provide design support, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.

5. Deadline Management: Effectively manage your workload to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.

6. Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and enhance our marketing efforts.

**Special requirements**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Previous experience in graphic design or a related field is preferred.

Working 37.5hrs per week

Monday to Thursday 08:30-16:30 and Friday 08:30-14:00

Remote workers will be considered for this role

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
